Cannot Copy Dead Man's Chest

Greetings,

I have been using DVD Decryptor and DVD Shrink for a few years and usually have no problems...today is a different story. I ran the Dead man's Chest DVD through the Decryptor software and got a message that all file were copied successfully. Then when I go to open the files in DVD Shrink I get an error message that says Invalid Data in C:\Movie Stuff\ VTS_01_1.VOB.

Is there any way that I can bypass this? I a assuming it is some type of copyright protection or is there something else going on? Sorry to sound silly but I am pretty much media file challenged and any help or explanation will be greatly appreciated.

you need new ripping programs DVD Decrypter and shrink have not been updated and they never will try Rip it 4 me it is free and it works with DVD Decrypter and it will allow you to use shrink

You could also use DVDFab Decrypter. It is also free and pretty good at removing newer encryptions. But it only rips the movie to your HDD, you will still have to use Shrink to burn to a DVD. Find it here: http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm

Just downloaded the new version of DVDFab Decrypter from the above link and it's still getting stuck on 22.89% for me. Any ideas?

What dvd r u trying to rip?
is it Old?
Does it have scratches on it?
that might be why it gets stuck, try cleaning it then rip.

or
have u defraged the HDD u r ripping to lately?
Sometimes dvdFab doesn't work well when heavily fragmented

or
do u have enough free space on the HDD?
