I found a kool website that also might help www.howstuffworks.com. I was attempting to learn how to edit video using Adobe Pro 6.0 & they had step by step instructions on how to do it. Unfortunately my dvr camcorder has finalized the disc in a format it won't/can't recognize so I'm currently stumpped. They may have something of use if the other sources listed previously don't work for you.

If you have a finalized DVD and you wnat to edit, best is to convert to AVI and edit that:
http://www.digitalvideoclub.com/tutorials/dvdedit.php

BTW: The articles in the basic section over there are also worth reading to understand how video editing works...

The site for digital video enthusiasts.
