In proper english, how do I install 3.10 OE-A ??

ATM i have 2.71 SE-B, but the newer and PS1 games aren't all working; i read that 3.10 OE-A should fix this, but I just can't understad what to do...

since your already on custom firmware just use hexitnow's winstaller stickied at the top of the forum to install 3.10 OE-A although i recomend 3.03 OE-C for customization reason ;)
