Running US Street Fighter Anniversary Collection Backup

I've scoured the web and tried every single method I've found and I still cannot get my Street Fighter Anniversary Collection (US) to work.
Right now I have:

Swap Magic CD & DVD 3.6
DVDLoader
CDLoader v5.2
CDLoader v7 ALL
Zoneloader
and Two copies of the game

I've searched these forums and many others looking for every method, all that I have found have been unsuccessful. I've even tried burning every disc at minimum speed. I'm usually very good at sorting these things out. My Playstation 2 is a V12 slimline.

Could someone please post a very detailed step by step method to run Street Fighter Anniversary Collection (US)? I would greatly appreciate it. If there's any information I'm missing out please tell me.
