Can someone please help me? I have a PSP FW2.82 and when I put my memory stick in to play the movies on it I get the message that it cannot play this movie. Is there anywhere I can get a video upgrade from or is there a downgrade anywhere for FW 2.82.

1. What format is your movie in?
2. To downgrade you have to upgrade to 3.03 firmware, and downgrade with the new downgrader. You can't downgrade 2.82. Read up on how to downgrade first though, or else you will end up with a bricked PSP.

the movies are all in mpeg4 format. Where can I get 3.03FW?
