im using psphost and i installed it and everything and when i loaded it it just says "Component 'SysTray.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:a file is missing or invalid" and when i open the folder it is installed to the SysTray.ocx is there!! im running windows vista and i change the compatibility of this program to and it still doesnt work any sugguestions im really pissed

i had the same problem , tryed d/l the program from different sites , also tryed different versions of the program

came to the conclusion it was windows vista , i have had loads of problems with all sorts of programs working , so in my frustration , i put windows xp back on my system and yesssss it works with win xp

conclusion , i now hate vista

just found this , ................. and it works


All you have to do is install PSPHost 2.0

Right click on the executable go to properties

go to the compatibility tab

Check Run in compatibility mode
Select XP Service Pack 2

go to the bottom and Check Run as administrator under priviledge Level

Hit apply

Start psphost normally from now on.

No need to dual boot, no need to install anything extra.
