MS Outlook woes, help me?

I have over the years had to install new http email accounts in Outlook. afterwards, I removed the old http accounts. However, the old accounts are still listed in the folder list...They are not listed in my email accounts! When I click on the unwanted accounts I get this:

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The file C:\Documents and Settings\private name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\OutlookMSN (1)-00000006.pst could not be found.

It is really irritating, is there a way to remove these?

Additionally, we have an MSN http mail account which is a real pain. None of the usual tools work like spam filtering etc. You have to do that online at the mail account which is severely weak..Plus, I have only the option of Outlook opening only in private folders and not the http account...

I don't have the problem in outlook express, but I also don't get all the professional features of Outlook...It's an older version 2002 SP3, but it still should work....
Any suggestions?
