God Of War 2 not working

Everywhere says I can just burn the game and play God Of War 2. Yet I get an "Unable to read disc" message every time I try. What am I doing wrong?

Here's what I have:
* DMS4 Pro Special Edition
* Toxic OS (Version 0.41)
* DL option enabled in the Toxic OS settings
* Memorex DVD+R DL 2.4x disc burned at 2.4x

its a pretty clear answer.memorex discs are always known to be crappy.
