DMS4 SE EZI installed now PS2 will not power up

I have a motherboard model GH-052-20
All the manuals I have found don't list that model, I guess I have v15 or v16?

I put all the chips on and the PS2 will NOT power up at all. I unhook the modchip and the PS2 and it works fine?

I cut the correct sides from the DSP and the BIOS clip.

I hook up the test panel and here is what I get?
"D" GREEN
"U" RED
All the rest of the letter have RED and GREEN illuminated

The people and Consolesorce never saw the problem and DMS4 forums are locked.

PLEASE HELP!

you may try that site. People there actually install them so they may have a good idea of what you need to do.

that guide has a V15, not a V16 though.
you need to get the numbers on the silver sticker and see exactly what version you have.

It's the new silver color PS2 if that matters?

I have a new black colored PS2 also, maybe I'll try the chip on that one too.

Any help is appreciated...
