I use avi2dvd, DVD Decrypter or Nero.
I have been flustrated, I can not find a way to get more than one eps on dvd. I have read guides and information to no help.
I also have been coming up with audio being out of time with the video.
What am I doing wrong???

Download this program

http://dl.afterdawn.com/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_v0.5.2b.exe

Insert three 45min episodes (click on the little folder icon each time)and when ready, press 'convert'.

Download and install DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter
http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/
http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/
Run DVD Shrink and click 'Re-author'
Navigate to the output folder and drag your titles from right to left.
You can run an episode and check sync.
Click "Backup" and elect to burn the disk with DVD Decrypter.
Burn Verbatim at 4x (that's what Afterdawn's Nero Forum say)

This is a great solution worked for me, but any suggestions on how to create a menu on the dvd so you can access individual episodes?

Make your own with freeware.

Convert AVI to VOB with VSO DivX2DVD
http://dl.afterdawn.com/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_v0.5.2b.exe

Create Menu graphic Page (correct size pal/ntsc) with VCDMenu Lite
VCD Menu lite
http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/VCD_Menu_Lite/vcdmenu.html

Convert Menu Graphic to 'still' image and link to VOB's with DVD Author GUI
http://download.videohelp.com/liquid217/dvdauthorgui.pl

Verify and Burn to DVD using DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter
DVD Shrink

Did you look at the guide?
http://download.videohelp.com/liquid217/dvdauthorgui.pl?p=guide1

Yes you Author the dvd to a folder from inside the GUI.
It merges the the menu commands into the VOB files that you created when converting from AVI.
If you wish to use Shrink and burn with Decrypter, first install Decrypter, run it and set the burning speed to 4x.
Exit Decrypter. You don't need to run it again (unless you want to rip a dvd or burn a disk image).
Run Shrink and import the authored files from the folder that you saved them to in the GUI.
Click 'Backup!' and when the option screen pops up, elect to burn to dvd using Decrypter.

Start the GUI.
If you have two files (converetd from AVI by DivX2DVD) bring them into the GUI and without creating any menu immediately author them.
Does it do so without error?

BTW there is a sample project here with two .mpg titles and a menu .m2v that you can practice with.

just converted one file no menu and try to author in DVDAuthor and got the same message

Error code #7
There was an error in the authoring process. It appears that something is wrong with the muliplexed VOB files. If you are using previously multiplexed mpeg/vob files, try demultiplexing. Also, keep in mind that every title under a titleset must have the same properties (fps, resolution, etc). Please review the log for more detailed information.

Can you add "title1.mpg" from the sample link above and author that ok?
Then bring the resultant .vob from that exercise in and author that?

I duplicated the problem you have.It seems to be when the AVI is authored into more than one VOB?
To get around it, I demultiplexed the VOB files using VOBEDIT.
http://www.digital-digest.com/software/d...65&ssid=0&did=1

Run VOBEDIT > Open > select the first VOB (the other(s) will come in automatically).
Then >Demux and select 'demux all video' and 'demux all audio' from the menu.
When it finishes, import the M2V and AC3 into the GUI and continue.
