dbox2 crashing when access streming video HELP

ok
when i log in to the web interface, and try and view the live stream
or if i use a program to try and access it
the web page/dbox web server crashes and stops running
can still use dbox as normal but the web part fails
any one got any idea

sorry just to add
thought the dbox2 was fine when i crashed the web server on it
but actually nearly all the channels in the menus disappear till reset the box
