ive got to accounts set up on my pc both set to administrator, i installed a programme on my profile all worked fine went to the other profile to do something and i noticed the software i installed was not on this profile.

i thought it would install on both profiles, is there a way around this so when i install any more software it goes on both profiles?

Yes their is a way when you install a program, app etc there is usually an option that says make available to all users or something like that. just check that box and it will show installked on both of your profiles. some programs do it automatically.
