I have 2 games (Resistance and NHL 2K7). I have a Sharp Aquos 32 in HDTV. I set everything up i use HDMI cables. When i go to play both games they go to 720p and not 1080p. Is there a way to make it so it uses 1080p not the 720p or are these games not formatted to play in 1080p?

i knoe that resistances goes up to 720p. not all games support 1080p.

Says right on the back of the case what it'll play at. Looks like both only support 720p.

and 32inch hd tv's dont support 1080p u need to got full hd minnimum 46inch HDTV to go 1080p u got only 1080i as i do

you are right about his TV not having 1080p, but the sharp 37" and the sony 40" do models that do true 1080p you don't have to goto 46"

You must read the spec's of your TV correctly, a lot will state they will accept a 1080p signal, that not the same as it being a 1080p tv. native. you need a TV that has 1920x1080 for true 1080p

The demo of GT HD is in full 1080p so try the demo. to check, but as stated your TV is not a true 1080p TV.
