please can someone help me ive downloaded loads of psp games and they come down in WinRAR files and when i extract them they still arn't in ISO or CSO what am i doing wrong and what program should i be using to do this PLEASE HELP......

you need to explain better what do you have after extracting the files ,if you have a psp game folder and a umd data bin file you will need umdgen ,then just drag and drop and save as a iso or cso
