I need help. My computer is stuttering. It seems if i leave it on for an hour the computer gets really choppy

E.G. I move the mouse around and the cursor just disappears then reappears a few seconds later to where i moved the mouse.

I also try to listen to music or watch video and it stutters every 5 seconds or so.

But when i turn it off and on it goes back to normal

P.S. The internet also does not work when the computer goes stuttery.

Hi tyson.
Does it begin stuttering if your using it, or only if it's idle for a while? Any other details you can add? How bout a HijackThis log.

It does not matter whether i am using it or if it's idle as long as it's been on for around a hour its starts stuttering.

It's really annoying because the internet also disconnects when this happens which makes it extremely difficult to download anything.

But there is nothing on the computer saying the net is not working all the correct icons are still in the taskbar. It just goes to that webpage could not be found crap.

Looking over you HjT Log i see you may be infected with a mass mailer worm

First thing i would do is reboot into safemode navigate your way into your system32 directory and delete fun.exe. Then while still in safemode do a search for "winexes" (no quotes) and delete all references. Reboot, run HjT again and repost a log.

I tried to find fun.exe in my system32 folder in safe mode but it is not there?????

I also searched winexes but nothing came up.

I did another HjT and it says fun.exe is still there BUT I can't find it????

I went into my registry and searched for fun.exeIt found to registries involving fun and fun.exeI deleted them both i'll get back to you if it doesn't work but hopefully the stuttering stops.
