If you get a "Video device already in use" error pop up...

"You cannot use this device when another video application, such as DVD, video conferencing, video editing, TV viewers or a WebTV for windows is already using it." ...

Use supervisioncam.

That's the only webcam software that worked for me, after I struggled and tried some other 20 different free, shareware and commercial programs.
