uh its called upload a pic to ur PSP and set it as the wallpaper

oh, thats a lot more complicated, but its recommended u have custom firmware so u can recover ur psp in case it gets semi bricked...use this guide to get started, post back if u dont get what something is

generally what people do in that case is edit topmenu.rco and other files so they have custom icons, text, font, battery icons, volume idicator, etc
