This really disturbing me, someone please help me...
1. Check that ur harddisks are trashed
2. You are most likely experiencing an overheating issue. Head on over to http://sac-ftp.externet.hu/utildiag2.html and grab a BurnIn Test and it and watch as your CPU temp climbs.... and your system will click due to overheating protection

well it did not shown the temperatures but i watched it from "via hardware monitor" program. Temperature was about 49-51c. should i have tested it longer than that?
1. 49-51 seems pretty hot for a Tbird but not dangerously so.... check your BIOS to see if you have overheating protection and if its set to a manual trigger (i.e., 55 degrees).... If however 49-51 is the mobo temp then it IS mopst likely an overheating problem.
2. Try watching the temp as you watch movies and stuff. You might find a pattern then.
3. Try running asomething like a PiFast or something burn in tester of sorts... i'm still not completely convinced its not heating problem. You could also try encoding videos instead.
