yeah, if you are in the USA i would use
http://www.teammodders.com/ they have diagrams, install pictures, instructions, they do installs, sell promodded consoles, and sell the chips.
personally, unless you are really quite good with a soldering gun i would pay the money to send it out and have it installed by a pro. Look at the pictures in the PS2 forums (install pictures) and you will see just how much is involved and how tiny the solder points are. One mistake and you could be sorry you just didn't pay to have it installed.
the instruction on the ghost website not 2 good very hard other wize i would buy it there is a £3.99 and £25 and £35 i would probably gone for the £3.99 but the instructions very very hard take a look ur self
very true. Unless you are of a higher than normal level. Send them your PS2 and pay the whatever extra it cost to have it done for you. Here it would be about $30 more for shipping (to and from) and $35 for an install (plus the price of the chip itself) and to me that is well worth having it installed by a pro where you know it is not only done right, but if not they will have to fix it for you.
If you screw it up, your just plain screwed with nowhere to turn for help.
also do your research before you choose one, know what you want and what that chip will give your. Don't get suckered into buying one of those cheap-o chips. Ok i looked and they only sell the Matrix Infinity green dot and DMS4 Pro so you are safe with either one. I have the DMS4 Pro myslef. and if you have a V12 console spring for the laser fix or you will be sorry later.
