am i able to get back to 1.5 and run devhook if i upgrade to custom firmware?

ur quesiton has nothing to do with ur title

u can always use recovery to revert back to 1.5, but idk why u would want or need to, custom firmware can do everything 1.5 can and more

cause i downloaded a psx emulator for psp and ran it on 1.5 and when it was loading the game it never ran it

why are u using an emulator? the psp emulators suck crap. upgrade to custom firmware and then u can play psx eboots, which run perfectly
