AND DO NOT USE UBUNTU LIVE CD....
USE SLAX its aa linux LIVE CD NOT A INTSALL OS
u can get it at www.slax.org

ok, would i need to downgrade from v3.11 to v1.50 for devhook to work? or is that just for firmwares?

i know i cant downgrade right now, have to wait till there is out one... well i downloaded that slax live cd, its pretty sweet, i'll try that one, and i wasnt trying to install linux on my psp.. but.. my question was,
would i need to downgrade from v3.11 to v1.50 for devhook to work? (when/if the downgrader is out) or would i need to get a custom firmware? i heard that is better :S
