There are no XMB Skins...
but what do u want to change?

Background Styles/Colours= 01-12.bmp
Icons= topmenu_plugin.rco
Waves= system_plugin_bg.rco
Volume Bar= impose_plugin.rco

That's wat i know about XMB Editing...

XMB Skins??? ROFLMAO.... do not edit your topmenu_plugin.rco in 3.10 OE-A, it will semi-brick your psp..

hey can i ask something, so what can u change in the 3.10 OE-a and are the sites u gave(the other guy) upto date cause im guessing they realese new ways of editing the xmb,so i want a the safest guide that won't brick the psp.Any help is appreciated.
