Country the phone is locked in: US
Provider the phone is locked to: T-Mobile

Can someone send me the unlock/restriction code ?

After 90 days of service, T-Mobile will provide you with the code. It can not be done online by anyone. It's an RM-225 model.

Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
3 to 5 chances to enter correct code.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code. STOP STOP tell ME.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction"
it is hard locked.

is that because it begin with 0111 ?
