Hi have GTA VCS on my psp .EBOOT format and i go to it on my psp and it says: To use this content, you must activate the system.

It sounds like its not VCS and a PSX eboot. Do you have custom firmware?

It means you have to have a PS3 to download PS1 games from the Sony shop.
