i have guitar hero II

i made custom songs

i made an iso using DVD Decrypter

i used magic iso to edit the songs files

i saved the iso

i booted cog swap loader

i put in original guitar hero

it said use cogswap like usual

i put in my custom songs and it just turn black

i also tried swapping at the difficulty setting (right before starting song) and i press expert cause i have to and it just turns black BUT THE BACKGROUND MUSIC CONTINUES TO PLAY. THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN IF THE DISC IS REMOVED. this is not garbage media cause i used the same discs all the time to play backups such as vice city, madden 07, guitar hero I (not custom) and guiar hero II (not custom) plz help what did i do wrong?
