I was in the process of sealing down my sensor of my SCPH-70003 PS2, but, I accidentaly knocked out the sensor, comprised of the spring and the cover. Is there any way that I can either;
A) Put the sensor in, and sealing it down
or
B) Put some sort of filler into the cavity that the sensor has left and apply some pressure onto it so it thinks the lid is always closed?

Thanks in advance

If you're good a soldering; just jumper it over and it always think it is closing down.

I would try to solder it, but I'd have no idea of what to solder :(

And, I've gotta get a bit more cash before I can send it off for repair...
