help unsinstalling cygwin

hey wats up? i need sum hlp with uninstalling cygwin. i need to do this bcuz sumthin went wrong wit te install and now when i write "make" cygwin outputs

$ make
make: psp-config: Command not found
makefile:12: /lib/build.mak: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `/lib/build.mak'. Stop.

then when i do an ls it says

HP_Administrator@FAMILIA ~/projects/helloworld
$ ls
main.c makefile

so im uninstalling it and then installing it but i need hlp uninstalling it since there isnt an option to do this.
