If i Rip the contents from my CD and rebuild it with a new code list would it boot up with my matrix infinity? obviously it would be CDR

Yes 100%. I rebuilt my image with a bigger dummy file and a new code list and it worked flawlessly. Try and see for yourself as I've known a few friends that had no success with their own compilations and even my compilation.
