Need help ripping a compilation dvd to two dvd-r

I'm trying to rip the first two seasons of family guy and dont want to compress the video too much, so i want to put each dvd on two discs. (The original is 7.2 gigs). I am using:

DVD Backup
DVD2oneX
Toast

Can i do this with these programs, or should i try something different?
