Can a ps2 read data directly off a usb flash drive? Cause i have a flash drive and it has memory on it for ps2 games but it wont read it, do i need something else?

It can read data if the memory card has enough memory on it to hold the data, or the usb flash. See cause i want the memory from my usb flash, to get to my ps2 memory card and let me play it.

you need a cheat device or some elf loading program to copy it to memory card

Ok i have a usb flash drive. Ok next point, on the flash drive has ps2 memory. Ok, now, if i insert my usb flash into my ps2 slot that allows it to hook up on the computer, will it read the memory?

So basiccaly you want use it as a storage for your SAVES and ELF files

you will need uLuanchELF from SKSApps

There is a tutorial there which will tell you how to use it (pretty easy)

Note that you cannot use it as a memory card but you can use it to put the save files you don't need currently as a backup and freeup space on your memory card
