I keep getting a response saying there is a new version of dvdfab availible. I just wanted to make sure this was true b4 I DL it.

It all depends on what your current version is. The newest version I am aware of is 3.0.8.6 If this is the version DVDFab is advising to upgrade to, then yes....download it. It will overwrite automatically and contains encryption data for newer DVDs.

3086 is the most recent version. If you update, don't go to the page they direct, it will be the pay version . The free version is here.

I went to that site and there was a simpler version of Platinum called 3.0.9.6...is this newer than the 3.0.8.6?
