i have the imei code and its 355008002291973 and yes i do live in the Uk .

Please could someone help me unlock the phone

Also if my phone is locked can i use the bluetooth?

If your phone has bluetooth, then it will continue to work fine locked or unlocked unless the phone itself has some sort of software issue with bluetooth.
