can i use these discs to hotswawp and play old halo 2 maps online and i copy halo 2 with the modded old maps on the disc and it plays good byitself so can i hot swap with it

Ok theres many times...But most ppl chose right aftter when the bungie log comes up...But if u wanna Be sure it loaded right...have a map loaded(old one) and swap the dick and reload the mad...if it dosent give u the Map error u should be fine.

I see u have a samsung...am i right?

U will get Perma anned no matter what if u hotswap...but there are ways...but its really for ppl who arent afraid to Serial bann an xbox.

they ban your mac address and it will carry to your 360 (if you have one) you won't ever be able to play on live again.

No, IP address does not affect your account. They will ban your account from matchmaking and there is no way to my knowledge, around that.

Don't this lot ever read anything? IP changer.. ever heard of an urban myth?
Bungie have moderators dropping in and out of games all the time, checking for cheating and abuse... They catch you running modded maps, you get banned.. They ban your eeprom and HDD pair from live.. FOREVER.

A lot of cheap modded xbox consoles on ebay are banned. Some of us know how to flash the eeprom with virgin xbox data and fit a new HDD, but there is still the risk that the eeprom and HDD serial pair are on the live database. If you don't get caught cheating or running mods with one they will reinstate an unfairly banned account if you do some quick thinking... (those of us who know how to get unbanned in this situation know... and we aren't telling)

The original question was about the TDK +R disks.. they are horrid, if you can get the xbox drive to read them at all. They will reduce the life of your laser.. Always use decent quality DVD-R.. ritek or ty's are fine. No dual layer needed.. only people who don't know much about xbox backups even mention D/L disks.

yeah you will get banned no matter what because they have some stuff that connect to your eeprom on your xbox and if they can tell your xbox is modded they will bann you from live

the only way to avoid it is by uninstalling the softmod. and getting rid of all the modded parts of your xbox.. and it takes up to 12 hours to get banned its not right away so dont let people think they will get away with it. my friend got banned because he forgot to take off his modded maps... and the only way to get is unbanned is if someone hacks bungie and releases everyone...which just actually happened they got some people unbanned not all..

just dont try it.

Nobody hacked bungie...They were upgrading servers at the time, and they didnt have the banhammer in place. They moved from the LA studio to the Seattle Studio so there werent some servers there for a week.

Yea i heard the rumor about the kid who got arrested...Bungie's forums said that nobody was arrested and nobody was procecuted, They cleared it all...and by the end of this month there should be the new Map updates and Halo 3 Beta, along with the much needed friends list fix.
