Is it possible? I highly doubt it is, but I guess this is how I'll find out. ^^

EDIT: I mean by the text during game, like Kingdom hearts or something.

there are patches sometime that do exactly what you asked for. i don't know if there is one for Kingdom hearts though (considering it was release in english speaking regions)
