Is there an tool to see of the files that where ripped by smartripper and now on my hardisk are ok, forhaps an tool that can see of everything is there ?

Create a ISO/UDF image, then mount the image to a virtual drive using either Demon tools (free) or Nero Imagedrive. Use powerdvd, windvd to play the DVD. This should show if the files copied to your HD properly :)

click on a VOB file and if windows media player plays it, you got yerself a good rip.
