Swap Magic can boot progs like hdloader from Memory Card?

hey.. i was trying to figure out how can i boot hdloader.elf from my memory card using swap magic 3.3 ,i bought this usb stick that came with a software but only for PAL system. my ps2 is ntsc/jap so my ps2 can only boot it up using sm3.3 but i dont want that.. i want to play games and swap disc not too many times. the software can launch elf files and transfer files to memory card. so i was wondering if i can boot hdloader from my memory card using swap magic, my ps2 is chipped but very old
(ar2 swap method and by holding eject button 2-3 secs to swap discs)

i was also thinkin if i can rip the file from the included software that makes the usbstick readable for my ps2 and put it to my memory card or hdd. and the usbstick can be detected only when the included software is inside my ps2 drive.

if anyone knows how to get around with this please help me to figure this out.
