Well I've been having problems now and then with converting videos. I have "Cucusoft AVI to VCD DVD MPEG Creator Pro 7.07" and it works, except when i try and convert long videos, my PC will go around 20-50% and then crash.

I also use "Cucusoft Zune Video Converter" and it crashes too. I cant seem to figure out why.

Do I need more Upgrades for my PC or what?

Oh yea BTW every time my PC Crashes, when i start it up again it says "Over clocking failed!"

Please Help, Thanks

Definitely sounds like a hardware problem. I would suggest that you stop overclocking or at least run a stress test such as prime95 to verify that your system is stable.

Would Prime95 work on Vista?

Maybe it will run under Bart's PE? Otherwise it should run under a live Linux distro.

As for Vista? No idea.

Ok You wanna know something I just remembered. I didnt have the Vista Codecs and when I finally got the 4.31 version It worked for the most part, but AVI's would sometimes work and sometimes not work so hopefully this new 4.36 one will fix it.

I'll get back to you on that.

It is not a codec or program problem. It might have being the processor temperature problem. If you have an advanced mother board with the CPU temperature protection, then this should be the problem.

Check the CPU Cooler.

... Cucusoft is not a "dream converter". You'd better try another converter. I've found great converter. It is even chipper - Softpepper zune video converter

Actually, I bought Video Pack from them, but still, I think the above converter also good enough.
