Hi there does anyone know how I can downgrade my PSP from 3.03 so i can put games and all that sora stuff on? Can anyone talk me through it step by step?

I've hacked 11 PSP all successfully.
You just have to pay attention and follow the directions exactly.
The version of GTA: LCS your looking for can be bought used or rented from a video store.

ok, i have gta.lcs what version is it 2?? if i brick it is there any way it can be undone or to claim a new 1 from sony?

its the 2.00 version of GTA: LCS. Best way to verify is to goto game on your psp and see if the updater is 2.00 or 2.60.
the only user recoverable PSP are the ones with Custom Firmware that can boot into the recovery menu. If you brick this while trying to get it to 1.5 you wont be able to recovery it. Your only options will be to either ship it sony and have them fix it for 100 bucks, or you can try the bestbuy/walmart swap trick.

1 - If you have a 3.03 PSP skip to step 6
2 - Download 3.03 update from here:
http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Firmware-3.03-PSP/pg/12/fid/11844/catid/163
3 - Unzip and place the file in <pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE
4 - On the PSP, run the 3.03 update from the memory stick under the Game menu.
5 - Delete <pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE
6 - Copy the contents of the folder MS_ROOT from the 3.03 downgrader ZIP to
the memory stick
7 - Unzip the 1.50 update to a temporary folder. Rename the EBOOT.PBP to
UPDATE.PBP and copy it to <pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE/ . DO NOT
OVERWRITE PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP!
8 - Load GTA LCS
9 - It should get to loading savegame, then the screen will clear to black
and fill with a light blue colour, then the PSP will reset itself (if
this does not happen see section below)
10 - Check that HEN is running by going to system settings, then to
"System Information" and it should show up as system version
303 HEN
11 - If it is showing up as HEN then go to the memory stick and
run the x.yz update

Thats the folder location on the memory stick. pspdrive is probably E:/ or F:/ or H:/ ect.
and yes, UK should be fine.

and 1 last thing, please can you talk me through step 6 very carefully because how do i transfer it over, do i need 2 extract the files 1st or not??

Those folders are structured like whats on your memory stick. You just need to make sure they are copied from folder to folder. and if that folder doesnt exist create it.
And the best buy trick is: Buy a new PSP, put your broken one in the box, take it back to the store and hope they dont check the serial numbers.

well i started and got 2 loading gta lcs when nothing happened no black screen or anything so where should i have saved the ms root folder on the stick?
