E4 gone on my starview

for a while i was having problems with the sync on E4 so i decided to delete it and do a manual scan to get it back (as has been suggested before on sync problems) however i can't seem to get it back. on the scan i actually see it being aquired but when i go back to the tv its not there. i really don't want to do a factory reset and loose all my channels as i spent ages putting them in order. any suggestions??
