i have a psp and its new. my friend has all that rimware stuff with all the freatures. i wanna know how i can do that?

Rimware? You mean firmware, and you have to downgrade your PSP to run those.

ok my system software is version 3.11. can i still get all those cool features?if i can which firmware should i get? if i cant try to find anone who knows how to.

well you are out of luck for now as there is currently no 3.11 downgrader available atm.

However there may be one in the future so just sit tight, don't upgrade to any newer firmwares (such as 3.30 that was recently released) and when a downgrader does come out you can downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade to 3.xx oe.
