XBC, how to fix "Stealth Check Failed"

i need to know this, every game i download it says something along the lines of

"Video is Valid!
PFI Failed. Unknown Data
DMI is Present!
SS is Present!
Stealth Check Failed!

i know how to merge the ss files, but 99% of the time the SS is present but either the DMI or PFI is not, how do i merge them into it and where do i download them from?

you can use Xbox_Backup_Creator or Schtrom360Xtract to inject the files in the iso

try search for the ss files here
