ok i'll start this story from the beginning...i received an email from xbox live the other day saying that i am entitled to free xbox live points. i thought wow thats great and entered the provided 25 digit code and voila - 2100 live points for free! anyway, my problem is when i go to download something it says the parental settings wont allow me to do it. i cant remember the password to change the parental settings so is there any way to change it?

call tech support, they can change it, but you have to verify with the credit card who you are and stuff.
