how do i mod weapons in halo 2? like make them shoot other things?

You go under the weapon tag, and you select what weapon you want to mod. Then go to the dependencies window and look at the tags under it for your weapon. If you're using the sniper, it should say something like proj/sniper bullet. Just look for the tag that says proj. Then go to the drop down box near the top of the window and select what you want to shoot out. (Most things will be under proj, but some things will not.)
