Is there any program that can emulate firmware 2.81 on the psp from 1.5?

why`d u want to emulate 2.81 for??
there is devhook but it is out of date..
try upgradng to 3.03OE or 3.10 OE, it has all fetures of 2.81 plus u can play ISos and hombrew on it..
u can get 3.03 OE form www.qj.net or www.psp-hacks.com
