Hi all,
was wondering if I need to download somehing to allow my lite-on sohw to work with xbox backup creator 2.3?
The program can see my lite-on (it is a dual layer) but it will not allow me to press start button.
I am trying to backup my originals with the lite-on then burn with lite-on.
Any help please.

Hi Wabashman,
I am trying to do both if possible.
Read it first so that I can get an image, then burn on the same.

you cant do that, unless you hotswap and you have to use wxripper for that, its best to use your 360 drive or buy a samsung sh-d162c drive

sorry about that.
But I can use my lite-on to burn the image and find the ss.bin file to enable the original to work on my flashed xbox 360?
For copy to copy can I just do a straight burn from any cd/dvd rom to my lite-on, or will i still need the samsung?

Thanks again Mike,
this may sound basic but I will still need to burn the copy to a dual layer using one of the 4 programs u mentioned earlier in the thread.
which one would you recommend?

Thanks again,
just one more question.
why do we have to set the creator to drive sc-d162c even if we are not using it for copy to copy?

Best to get a Samsung TS-H352c flashed with kreon. Then you can make backups AND if your 360 drive fails you can throw that in.
