Eboot files on 3.10 OE-A': Are some unplayable?

is there just certain games in EBOOT/KEY files that can not be played on the 3.10 OE-A' fw?

i have a Parappa the Rapper.bin that has be converted into a Eboot and Key file but it will give me a error "the game could not be started (80000004)"

any suggestions or is this game just unplayable?

Make sure its in the /PSP/GAME150/ folder, not /PSP/GAME/

If that's not it, I have no idea.

i have a FFVIII Eboot and key in
psp/game/FFVIII

and that loads and plays

so if i where not to put the parappa in the /psp/game/parappa
and instead place on it game150?

ill give it a shot....

not that didnt work
i think it needs to be in the /PSP/GAME folder
