to buy my PS3 if I don't have a lcd or plasma. i have a 27in tv with component connections. don't know specs of tv beyond that. got my ps2 running through compnts and it looks crisp.

I have a 27 inch standard tv and own the PS3. The graphics look great. There's no question that it'd look exponentionally better on an LCD or any HDTV capable system--which is why I'm upgrading soon. That, and I want a widescreen TV for all my movies I own.

The picture is a whole lot better than what the PS2 produced but I know it can be much, much better.
