When (and if) DAX releases his 3.30 OE Firmware, will I be able to upgrade to it from a normal version of the 3.11 firmware??? As many others are also, I am stuck on 3.11... Argh... If only I'd knew about Homebrew Software before I updated!!!

No, obviously not.

You will only be able to upgrade from 1.5 or existing custom firmware.

Once someone finds an exploit they'll make a downgrader for 3.11

It would be easier to find an exploit if sony gets pressured into making a new firmware.
