ERROR! UNRECOVERED READ ERROR(031100).

I get this error on any CD/DVD I try to run the speed test on. This is Nero Version 6 and Nero CD-DVD Speed Version 2.01

I have a Mitsumi DM-2000TE DVD Drive and an NEC ND-1300A DVDRW Drive
Bothe drives give me the same error
