Having problems downgrading it was at 2.80 I tried downgrading and it always came up with battery must be 75%. Well it was fully charged and plugged in. So I tired another battery and same thing. Well I upgraded it to 3.03 because I do have unpatched copy of gta so it is now at 3.03. Well go through downgrade and still comes up with battery must be 75%. Well tried several batterys all was chagred and plugged in. Anyone else have this problem or any help? Thanks

Try getting another download of the downgrader, try http://www.psp-hacks.com
And then go to downloads section and get another 2.8x downgrader file, the one you have must be corrupt, i had the same problem.
